We deal directly with the manufacturer and pass onto you the discount from not entering long sales chains - we avoid using sales representatives who would otherwise add extra cost to the final price you pay.

Do the prices include all kitchen components, VAT, design and delivery service?

Yes, unlike many other kitchen suppliers, our prices include all kitchen unit costs including standard handles, carcases and all parts of your complete kitchen. Our prices also include all setup, design costs and they also include delivery to UK locations for orders of value above £1500.00. Our prices include everything you will need to pay including VAT - there are no hidden extras!

What are your payment terms?

We require a full payment on order placement as standard. All major credit cards are accepted for payment online via our partner Royal Bank of Scotland Worldpay - with over 20 million users worldwide you can have confidence in our online service. In order to make buying a new kitchen affordable for everybody, we have recently introduced the Buy Now - Pay Later financing scheme - please contact us for further deatils if you are interested in this payment option.

Will I see what my new kitchen will look like before it is delivered?

We can send you an electronic proof of your kitchen design for your approval before we confirm your quote and commence production. It will show the dimensions and the colours based on your requirements. We will only send your order to the factory for production if you are 100% satisfied and happy to proceed.

Can I see an actual product sample before placing an order?

Is it not better to buy from a showroom where I can see the actual kitchen before buying it?
